Description
Brackett’s Vertical Tablet Machine is a heavy-duty padder-stripper with the capacity to meet extremely high volume requirements. In plant after plant, this machine more than earns its keep.
It can handle lengths ranging from 11” to 44” (279 to 1080 mm), heights from 4” to 14” (100 to 356 mm) and thickness up to 1 ½” (38 mm). You can appreciate its versatility even more when you realize that changing from one size to another takes no more than 10 minutes.
Like all Brackett equipment, the “VT” model is both rugged, to give long trouble free service, and carefully designed to make it easy to operate. One operator and an attendant are usually all that are needed for full production. (50,000 pads/shift)
The basic unit includes hot melt equipment for both padding and stripping un-gummed tapes. Dual pre-melters supply both hot melt pots pre-melted adhesive. The grinder motor is equipped with removable cutter blades and a dust collector system.
